The main goal of this course is to allow students to reflect critically on the challenges and practices of leadership in highly complex situations. In doing that, students will be able to grasp the struggles that managers face in the post-modern organization and understand various approaches to deal with ethical dilemmas, paradoxes, complex change, crisis situations, wicked problems and the dark side of leadership. Students will also explore how the role of businesses in society is changing iand the contribution of businesses in solving societal challenges.
