Because interpersonal relations contribute so heavily to effective leadership, this course has been designed to provide students with the basics of Communication skills in a way that will help them to be more aware of the way they communicate, as well as to be more ethic and effective in their leadership roles over the course of their careers, and in their personal lives. Relevant course content include: contemporary leadership, dealing with different cultures, interpersonal communication, integrity, day-to-day ethics. Relevant learning outcomes include: learn how to solve professional and personal dilemmas; empower talent through self-awareness on the way we communicate ideas, projects and initiatives.
