In this year´s edition of the annual Nova Sustainability Days, fllowing a dynamic opening day of conferences held in the university auditorium, the event unfolded across all NOVA Campi, transforming the week into an immersive and collaborative journey.
From October 15th to 21st all eyes were on the Route Zero project—NOVA roadmap for climate neutrality and resilience. Through this “tour,” participants were introduced to the progress made over the past year through collaborations between diverse teams from each school. At each campus, 2 hour sessions offered a platform to celebrate faculty and staff leading efforts in sustainability and climate action.
In addition to showcasing NOVA achievements, the sessions also promoted climate literacy within the university community. Participants were introduced to the key concepts, methodologies, and components driving the Route Zero project, fostering a deeper understanding of Nova’s climate action strategies. The week long celebration reinforced NOVA dedication to sustainability while inspiring collective action and engagement across the University.
