Science dissemination is a top priority for ITQB NOVA, being the youngest a central audience. Some examples include: the webseries “Cientistas em casa”, with several suggestions for science activities, aimed at primary and preschool education, the “Lab demo” series, with researchers making demonstrations aimed at secondary school teachers.
ITQB NOVA is proud to be a partner of the clubs of the Live Science Clubs Network in the municipality of Oeiras, to contribute to the construction of projects that stimulate scientific literacy and allow for an impact on society. Around 1700 students from 5 to 18 years old and 24 professors, have already been enrolled and experienced with ITQB dissemination initiatives.
